At Aloha, we aim to provide flexibility and convenience in your shopping experience. Our offerings include one-time purchases, subscriptions, pre-orders, and more, giving you the freedom to secure your favorite products in advance or enjoy regular deliveries. This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for canceling purchases, ensuring transparency and fairness.

1.  PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major credit cards and payment options. Payments for subscriptions will be securely processed automatically. Your purchase is confirmed upon successful payment.
In the event of a failed payment, you will receive a notification via email. Ensure your payment details are correct and retry the transaction.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For certain payment methods such as gift cards or Honu Points, specific terms may apply.

2.  GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations may be accommodated if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled. Once an order has been confirmed, it is immediately processed for shipping, meaning no cancellations can be made after receiving our electronic Order Confirmation email.

  • All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase to even be considered eligible for a full refund. Requests made after this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Cancellations can be initiated by contacting our Client Service Team. Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

If for any reason we are unable to process your cancellation request, you may still return the product in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

3.  ONE-TIME PURCHASE

You may cancel your one-time purchase order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed for shipment. To request a cancellation, please email our Client Service Team immediately with your order number and cancellation request.

  • If a discount code was used at the time of purchase, it may not be eligible for reuse.
  • If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further instructions.

4.  SUBSCRIPTION PLANS 

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the “Subscriptions” section. Alternatively, you can contact our Client Service Team for assistance. Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis, based on the plan selected at checkout. The billing date will align with the date of your initial purchase unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Timing

  • Before Renewal Date: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • After Renewal Date: If the subscription is not canceled before renewal, the payment for the current cycle is non-refundable. However, your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.
  • EU Customers: In accordance with EU consumer rights, you may cancel your subscription within 14 days of starting or renewing it (the cooling-off period), provided no products have been shipped.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you via email and retry the payment up to three times within a 7-day grace period. If payment is not successful after the grace period, your subscription will be automatically canceled.

If you decide to reactivate your subscription, you can do so at any time from your account. Reactivations will begin with the next billing cycle.

5.  REWARDS PROGRAM: HONU POINTS

If an order paid for partially or fully with Honu Points is canceled, the points used for the purchase will be refunded to your account. Any Honu Points earned through the canceled order will be omitted and not credited to your account. Refunds for any monetary payment will follow the standard refund process. 6.  PRE-ORDERS

For pre-order purchases, cancellations are accepted within the following guidelines:

  • Before Production or Shipment: Pre-orders can be canceled up until the product has entered production or been prepared for shipment. After this point, cancellations cannot be processed.
  • EU Customers: Under EU consumer rights, pre-orders may be canceled until the product has been dispatched. Additionally, a 14-day cooling-off period applies after delivery, during which you may return eligible items. Please note that custom or made-to-order pre-orders are non-refundable once production begins.
  • Contact for Cancellations: To cancel a pre-order, contact our Client Service Team as soon as possible within the allowed timeframe.

For all customers, any products shipped as part of a pre-order are eligible for return as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy. Please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of your pre-order for additional details.

7.  CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Custom or personalized orders (including products such as engraved items, tailor-made products, or personalized messages in cards) cannot be canceled once processing or production has begun. Please ensure all specifications, including text for personalized messages, are accurate before placing your order.

8.  FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE

In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or technical failures), we reserve the right to modify or delay cancellation processes and associated fees.
